- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, no refunds or exchanges are offered unless the product is damaged or incorrect on delivery.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and report issues within 24 hours by email or phone.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Ticket fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, low attendance, or other operational reasons.
