Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, no refunds or exchanges are offered unless the product is damaged or incorrect on delivery.
  2. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report issues within 24 hours by email or phone.
  3. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  4. Ticket fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, low attendance, or other operational reasons.
